Guacamole

Equipment:
Food processor or pestle mortar


Ingredients:
2 avocados
½ onion chopped fine
1 jalapeno chopped fine
Cilantro leafs
2 tomato (just the meat from the tomato)

Directions:
Place onion, jalapeno and cilantro in food processor or pestle/mortar until juicy.
Cut avocado into diamond shape pieces. Place mixture from food processor into bowl. Add avocado, and meat from tomatoes. Mix gently. Serve with chips, pitas, and vegetables.
